This Ministry was established in 1998 by Mr. Kayizzi Lawrence when he felt for the un-reached communities by the Gospel of Jesus Christ, a seed of ministering to people of different categories grew in his heart and started implementing this vision by selling and distributing Gospel songs and Bible message to people in Jinja.

After a remarkable experience when thugs stole all his property at gunpoint on his way to Kampala, another incidence was when the thugs attacked him at his home, Lawrence felt that if these men had been born again they wouldnt have disturbed innocent people, and they would be doing something for their financial well being. More so, this geared him to use a small loud speaker proclaiming the good news of Jesus Christ bringing hope to people with anxieties, sorrow and grief. As time went on, in 2000, Lawrence and Harriet Kayizzi decided to use their own resources to extend the Gospel practically by helping the sick, elderly, orphans and other vulnerable children. they decided to empower the Ministry by adding in more co-workers with similar calls, objectives and goals all under the umbrella of Bugembe Deliverance Church in Jinja District and later registered as an NGO in 2005.
